This 1900’s bungalow had the perfect amount of land to create a new ADU structure for this active family. The owners wanted to create a more contemporary fun oasis with different areas to gather and entertain. The final outcome mixes textures, natural materials and unique areas to relax and enjoy.

The structure was built from the ground up and included new deck areas, driveway, entry gates, new pergola, in addition to the interiors.
